LIFCO POSTPONES THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGTO 24 JUNE

Lifco has taken the decision to postpone the Annual General Meeting which was planned to be held Friday 24 April 2020 in Stockholm. New date for the Annual General Meeting will be Wednesday 24 June 2020 in Stockholm. The reason for Lifco to postpone the Annual General Meeting is the Swedish Government's decision to prohibit public meetings with more than 50 people and the ban is applicable for all kind of meetings. Lifco will distribute the notice to the Annual General Meeting not later than four weeks ahead of the new date.
