LIFCO ACQUIRES TOP DENTAL

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire Top Dental, a dental company based in Silsden, England.

In 2014, Top Dental reported net sales of approximately 3.4 MGBP. The company will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco's earnings or financial position in current financial year.

Top Dental is a producer disinfection products used in the dental field. In addition the company is a distributor of dental consumables to dentists in UK.

Top Dental production and warehouse is located in Silsden close to Leeds in England. The company employs about 30 people.
