Entitlement Offer - Extension of Closing Date to 22 September 2020

The Company refers to its non-renounceable pro rata 1 for 5 offer of ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to a prospectus dated 27 August 2020 (Offer).

Due to delays being experienced in the postal system attributable to the Covid-19 pandemic, the board has determined that the Closing Date of the Offer be extended to 5 pm WST Tuesday 22 September 2020 to ensure that all eligible shareholders have an opportunity to participate.

The revised indicative timetable is set out below:

Offer closes - latest date for acceptances and payment in full	22 September 2020
Shares quoted on a deferred settlement basis	23 September 2020
Announcement of results of the issue	25 September 2020
Issue date – New Shares entered in shareholders’ holdings and
deferred settlement ends	29 September 2020
Lodgement of Appendix 2A – Application for quotation	29 September 2020
