Entitlement Offer: Revised timetable for Issue of shares
The Company refers to its non-renounceable pro rata 1 for 4 offer of ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to a prospectus dated 5 October 2016 (Offer).
As a result of the Company extended the Closing Date of the Offer to 31 October 2016 the Issue date of the New Shares arising from the offer will change to 8 November 2016.
The revised timetable from the Closing Date of the Offer is as follows:
