Exercise price of Director Options proposed in AGM
Resolution 5 on the agenda of the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 November 2021 seeks approval for the issue of options to a director.
The terms of the proposed options set the exercise price with reference to the volume weighted average price of the Company’s shares in the days leading up to the meeting.
The Company has accordingly determined that the exercise price of the proposed options will be 1.63 cents per option.
