Item 8.01 Other Events

On August 26, 2014, Liberty Global plc (Liberty Global) announced, in connection with its previously announced recommended public offer (the Offer) by Liberty Global for all the outstanding ordinary shares of Ziggo N.V. (Ziggo), that at Ziggo's Extraordinary General Meeting the Ziggo shareholders approved all the resolutions on the agenda.
