The number of shares was determined using the closing market price of the applicable class of ordinary shares on September 30, 2016.

F3: On July 1, 2016, the Issuer distributed by means of a bonus issue to each holder of Liberty Global Group ordinary shares one share of the corresponding Class of the Issuer's LiLAC Group ordinary shares for every 8.01482 shares of that Class of the Issuer's Liberty Global Group ordinary shares held by such holder as of the distribution record date (the "LiLAC Distribution"). As a result of the LiLAC Distribution, the Reporting Person received additional LiLAC Class A ordinary shares and LiLAC Class C ordinary shares based on the number of corresponding Class of Liberty Global Group ordinary shares held by the Reporting Person on the LiLAC Distribution record date.

F4: As a result of the LiLAC Distribution, the Reporting Person's spouse received additional LiLAC Class C ordinary shares based on the number of Liberty Global Group Class C ordinary shares held by the Reporting Person's spouse on the LiLAC Distribution record date.

F5: The share fund units represent the economic equivalent of one share of the corresponding class of the Issuer's ordinary shares. The share fund units confer no voting or other rights of stock ownership. The share fund units will be payable, in shares of the corresponding class of the Issuer's ordinary shares, in accordance with the Deferred Compensation Plan.

F6: The share fund units represent the deferral of shares for a portion of the fees paid to the Reporting Person for his services as a director. The number of share fund units acquired is based on the closing prices of the applicable class of the Issuer's ordinary shares on September 30, 2016, with the value of any fractional shares deferred in cash.

F7: As a result of the LiLAC Distribution, the Reporting Person received additional LiLAC Class A share fund units and LiLAC Class C share fund units based on the number of corresponding Class of Liberty Global Group share fund units held by the Reporting Person on the LiLAC Distribution record date.
