CLOSING DATE FOR THE NOMINATION OF THE ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
Liberty Group (ASX: LFG) will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Liberty Financial Group Limited ( Company ) and the unitholders of the Liberty Financial Group Trust concurrently on Wednesday, 17 November 2021 ( Meeting ).
Further details regarding the Meeting will be communicated in due course.
An item of business at the Meeting will be the election of directors. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Tuesday, 28 September 2021. Any nominations must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (AEST) on 28 September 2021 at the Liberty Group’s registered office.
