In connection with the Prospectus, I, Ben Eggers, B.Sc.(Hons), MAIG, P.Geo., hereby consent to the filing with the regulatory bodies above and to the incorporation by reference of, use of extracts from, or a summary of the report entitled “Technical Report on the Initial Mineral Resource Estimate for the Yellowknife Lithium Project, Northwest Territories, Canada” with an effective date of September 25, 2024 and a report date of November 13, 2024 (the “Technical Report”), and to being named in the Prospectus.

I confirm that I have read the Prospectus and the disclosure in the Prospectus fairly and accurately represents the information in the Technical Report. I have no reason to believe there are any misrepresentations in the information contained in the Prospectus that is (i) derived from the sections of the Technical Report for which I am responsible or (ii) within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Report.
