In connection with the Prospectus, I, Don Cummings, P. Geo., OGX Member 2183, hereby consent to the incorporation by reference of, use of extracts from, or a summary of the report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Rupert Lithium Property” dated April 28, 2022 (the “Technical Report”), and to being named in the Prospectus, including without limitation, to being named as a Qualified Person who reviewed and approved certain scientific and technical information included or incorporated by reference in the Prospectus subsequent to the date of the Technical Report (the “Incorporated Disclosures”).

I further consent to the use of the Incorporated Disclosures, or any portion thereof, and to the inclusion of the Incorporated Disclosures or a summary of the Incorporated Disclosures in the Prospectus or incorporated by reference therein. I confirm that I have read the Prospectus and the disclosure in the Prospectus fairly and accurately represents the information in the Technical Report and the Incorporated Disclosures. I have no reason to believe there are any misrepresentations in the information contained in the Prospectus that is (i) derived from the Technical Report or the Incorporated Disclosures or (ii) within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Report or the Incorporated Disclosures.
