LHV Varahaldus extends the term of office of a Supervisory Board Member

The sole shareholder, AS LHV Group, decided to extend the term of office of
Andres Viisemann, a member of the Supervisory Board of its subsidiary AS LHV
Varahaldus, by five years, i.e. until 01 April 2031.

LHV Group is the largest domestic financial group and capital provider in
