PRE-EARNINGS GUIDANCE FOR 2Q 2024

(UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS)

LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics

of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 2nd quarter of 2024 as follows.

In the 2nd quarter of 2024, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW 21,700.9 billion (as

compared to KRW 21,095.9 billion in 2024.1Q and KRW 19,998.4 billion in 2023.2Q), representing

a quarter-on-quarter increase of 2.9% (QoQ 2.9%) and a year-on-year increase of 8.5% (YoY

8.5%).

The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 1,196.1 billion (as compared to KRW

1,335.4 billion in 2024.1Q and KRW 741.9 billion in 2023.2Q), representing a quarter-on-quarter

decrease of 10.4% (QoQ -10.4%) and a year-on-year increase of 61.2% (YoY 61.2%).
