PRE-EARNINGS GUIDANCE FOR 4Q 2024

(UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS)

LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics

of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 4th quarter of 2024 as follows.

In the 4th quarter of 2024, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW 22,777.5 billion (as

compared to KRW 22,176.4 billion in 2024.3Q and KRW 22,733.6 billion in 2023.4Q), representing

a quarter-on-quarter increase of 2.7% (QoQ 2.7%) and a year-on-year increase of 0.2% (YoY

0.2%).

The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 146.1 billion (as compared to KRW

751.9 billion in 2024.3Q and KRW 312.5 billion in 2023.4Q), representing a quarter-on-quarter

decrease of 80.6% (QoQ -80.6%) and a year-on-year decrease of 53.3% (YoY -53.3%).
