PRE-EARNINGS GUIDANCE FOR 2Q 2025

(UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS)

LG Electronics Inc. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics

of the Company and its subsidiaries (the ''Group'') for the 2nd quarter of 2025 as follows.

In the 2nd quarter of 2025, the Group's consolidated sales amounted to KRW 20,740.0 billion (as

compared to KRW 22,739.8 billion in 2025.1Q and KRW 21,694.4 billion in 2024.2Q), representing

a quarter-on-quarter decrease of 8.8% (QoQ -8.8%) and a year-on-year decrease of 4.4% (YoY

-4.4%).

The Group's consolidated operating income amounted to KRW 639.1 billion (as compared to KRW

1,259.1 billion in 2025.1Q and KRW 1,197.2 billion in 2024.2Q), representing a quarter-on-quarter

decrease of 49.2% (QoQ -49.2%) and a year-on-year decrease of 46.6% (YoY -46.6%).
