A description of the securities of Lexaria Bioscience Corp. a Nevada corporation (the “Registrant”), to be registered hereunder is set forth under the heading “Description of Securities” in the prospectus constituting a part of the Registrant’s registration statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-250326), initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on November 20, 2020, as subsequently amended, which description is incorporated herein by reference.
