shares in Havfisk ASA (Havfisk) at an average price of NOK 36.4963 per share.

Ownership after this transaction is 81 750 082 shares in Havfisk, representing

96.58% of the shares and the votes in the Company.

Helge Singelstad and Arne Møgster, both representing Lerøy, are members of the

board of directors of Havfisk ASA.
