Lerøy Seafood Group ASA : Sale of shareholding in SalmoBreed AS

Sjøtroll Havbruk AS, a subsidiary of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA (ownership:

50.71%), has signed an agreement together with the other shareholders of

SalmoBreed AS with Benchmark Holdings plc (a publicly listed company) regarding

the sale of all the shares in SalmoBreed AS. On demand by the purchaser, the

agreement is contingent upon the execution of a private placement to form part

of the purchaser's financing package for the purchase of the shares. The

transaction is expected to be concluded in mid December 2014 and will generate a

gain for Sjøtroll Havbruk AS in the region of NOK 40 million after tax.
