Rome, 22 July 2021 – Leonardo and the national Trade Unions signed an Agreement for earlyretirement, pursuant to art. 4 Law 92/2012, so-called Fornero Law, which will involve up to 500 employees who will meet the requirements to enter into early retirement measure over the 2021- 2023 period.
This Agreement is part of an agreed process between Leonardo and the Trade Unions, starting from the Framework Agreement of 17 December 2020, in which they have agreed to manage the cyclical reduction in business volumes through a number of measures, with progressive actions, including managerial, regulatory and contractual steps to address these issues.
More specifically, as planned, this Agreement with the Trade Unions is also associated with the progressive redeployment of people in other Divisions of the Group already underway since the last quarter of 2020.
