LEONARDO AL VERTICE DELLA "A LIST" DI CDP (EX CARBON DISCLOSURE PROJECT)

Roma, 10/12/2025 – Leonardo è stata inclusa nella prestigiosa "A list" di CDP (ex Carbon Disclosure Project), organizzazione no profit di rilevanza interazionale, che ogni anno valuta l'impegno di circa 23mila società nella gestione, monitoraggio e disclosure dei rischi e delle opportunità connesse al cambiamento climatico.

La "A list" è la fascia più alta di valutazione (su una scala da D- ad A) e include le società leader a livello mondiale che si sono distinte per la trasparenza e i risultati nel contrasto al cambiamento climatico.

Questo importante riconoscimento testimonia i significativi progressi compiuti da Leonardo negli ultimi tre anni, che hanno portato al miglioramento della valutazione da A- ad A.

In particolare, nel 2025 Leonardo ha pubblicato, come prima azienda dell'Aerospazio e Difesa, il Transition Plan di Gruppo, definendo il percorso verso un modello di business resiliente, in cui l'elemento centrale è rappresentato dal disaccoppiamento tra crescita e impatti ambientali: economia circolare, efficientamento energetico, biodiversità, scenari di rischio climatico e coinvolgimento dell'intera catena di fornitura sono tra le principali azioni concrete e misurabili. Queste leve trovano piena integrazione nel Piano di Sostenibilità quinquennale, inserito nel Piano Industriale di Gruppo 2025–2029.

Il riconoscimento da parte di CDP segue il recente upgrade da parte di MSCI da BBB ad A, e quello di S&P, in cui la gestione delle dimensioni ambientali ha consentito di aumentare il punteggio complessivo a 83 su 100 (+2 punti rispetto all'anno precedente).

LEONARDO AT THE TOP OF CDP'S "A LIST" (FORMERLY CARBON DISCLOSURE PROJECT)

Rome, 10/12/2025 - Leonardo has been included in the prestigious CDP "A List" (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project), a non-profit organization of international relevance that evaluates each year the commitment of around 23,000 companies in managing, monitoring and disclosing risks and opportunities related to climate change.

The "A List" is the highest rating band (on a scale from 'D-' to 'A') and includes the world's leading companies distinguished by their transparency and results in addressing climate change.

This important achievement reflects the significant progress made by Leonardo over the past three years, which led to an improvement in the score from A- to A.

In particular, in 2025 Leonardo published, as the first company in the Aerospace and Defence sector, its Group Transition Plan, outlining the path toward a resilient business model in which the central element is the decoupling of growth from environmental impacts. Circular economy, energy efficiency, biodiversity, climate risk scenarios and the involvement of the entire supply chain are among the main concrete and measurable actions. These levers are also reflected in the five-year Sustainability Plan, integrated into the Group's 2025–2029 Industrial Plan.

The recognition from CDP follows the recent upgrade by MSCI from BBB to A, and by S&P, where the management of environmental dimensions led to an increase in the overall score to 83 out of 100 (+2 points compared to the previous year).
