Roma, 10/11/2025 - Facendo seguito al comunicato stampa del 5 novembre 2025, Leonardo informa che in data odierna la dottoressa Alessandra Genco cessa il ruolo di CFO, nonché quello di Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari ai sensi dell'art. 154-bis del TUF e degli artt. 25.4 e 25.5 dello Statuto sociale.

L'accordo di risoluzione consensuale del rapporto di lavoro è stato raggiunto all'esito di un confronto che ha visto le parti convenire sull'opportunità di sciogliere di comune accordo il rapporto dirigenziale in essere, concordando tempi e condizioni.

Rome, 10/11/2025 - Following the press release issued on 5 November 2025, Leonardo announces that, as of today, Alessandra Genco has stepped down from her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and as the Executive Responsible for the preparation of the Company's accounting documents, pursuant to Article 154-bis of the Italian Consolidated Law on Finance and Articles 25.4 and 25.5 of the Company's By-Laws.

The mutual termination agreement was reached following discussions between the parties, who agreed on the opportunity to end the existing employment relationship by mutual consent, defining the timing and terms.
