Lenzing – The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lenzing AG, Cord Prinzhorn, has informed the Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board today that he will not extend his term as a member of the company's Supervisory Board after the Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2025 and will not stand for re-election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Cord Prinzhorn intends to devote more time to his existing and new activities at the B&C Group.
Mr. Prinzhorn will thus leave the Supervisory Board of Lenzing AG at the end of the Annual General Meeting.
At the Annual General Meeting of Lenzing AG on April 17, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Lenzing AG will propose Patrick Lackenbucher for election to the Supervisory Board, who is designated to take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board in the future.
