Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 13, 2018, Insignia Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2018.

A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated in this Current Report as if fully set forth herein.
