On May 2, 2012, Insignia Systems, Inc. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2012, ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Report as if fully set forth herein.
