Re: Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder
Please find attached a Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder (form 604) regarding LL Employee Holdings Custodian Pty Limited's ("LLEHC") shareholding in Lend Lease Corporation Limited ("LLC").
The reason for the Change of Interests of Substantial Holder being required to be lodged by LLHEC is due to the increase in LLC's issued share capital to 522,162,263 shares on 15 March 2010. This change was a result of the issue of 61,357,470 shares by LLC due to the allotment of new securities under the Institutional Entitlement Offer (58,987,734 shares) and early applications received under the Retail Entitlement Offer (2,369,736 shares) re the equity raising announced on 25 February 2010.
Therefore please note that the calculations relating to the Change of Interests of Substantial Holder have been based on LLC's issued share capital being 522,162,263 shares.
