In accordance with ASX’s requirements relating to the quotation of the stapled securities, Lend Lease Group (comprising Lend Lease Corporation Limited and Lend Lease Trust) (ASX: LLC), attaches to this announcement:

• a final statement setting out the names of the 20 largest Lend Lease Group stapled security holders, including the number and percentage of stapled securities held by those holders as at 20 November 2009 (being the stapling implementation date); and

• a final distribution schedule setting out the number of holders of Lend Lease Group stapled securities as at 20 November 2009 (being the stapling implementation date).
