Amendment to previous Form 603 - Notice of initial substantial holder, lodged on the 18 June 2008 and lodgement of Form 605 - Notice ceasing to be substantial holder
Please note due to incorrect data, the SIM group holding quoted in our 603 notice on the 18 June 2008 was incorrect, the 188,700 shares quoted was incorrect and should have been nil shares held by SIM.
The total Schroders holding in Lend Lease Corporation limited (LLC) and notice on the 18 June 2008 should have been 20,121,522 shares (5.02% shares held).
Due to the above adjustment and recent sale of shares the SIM group holding in LLC ceased to be substantial as of the 13 June 2008, please find Form 605 notice attached below.
