Distribution Reinvestment Plan Issue Price
23 September 2013
On 23 August 2013 Lend Lease announced a final distribution of 20 cents per stapled security, with a Record Date of 11 September 2013 and payable on 27 September 2013.
The issue price of securities to be allotted to participants in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan for the above distribution is $9.9458 per security. This is based on the arithmetic average of the daily volume weighted average price of LLC securities traded on the ASX for the period of 7 consecutive business days immediately following the Record Date, that is, during the period 12 September 2013 to 20 September 2013 inclusive.
Stapled securities issued under the Distribution Reinvestment Plan rank equally with all other stapled securities on issue.
