Appointment of Steve McCann as CEO of Crown Resorts Limited

Lendlease acknowledges the announcement by Crown Resorts Limited (CWN) of the appointment of Steve McCann as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director commencing 1 June 2021.

Lendlease announced on 10 February 2021 that Mr McCann would retire from the Lendlease Board on May 31, 2021 and that Tony Lombardo had been appointed as Mr McCann’s successor, commencing when Mr McCann retires from Lendlease.

Lendlease confirms that the transition of Mr Lombardo into the role is progressing well and that the timeline for that transition is unaffected by this announcement.

The Lendlease Board congratulates Steve and wishes him the very best in his new role.
