Lend Lease appoints Group General Counsel

Lend Lease is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Karen Pedersen to the role of Group General Counsel.

Ms Pedersen brings significant experience to the Group, having spent over 20 years in various senior roles in the property and construction industries. She commenced her legal career at Clayton Utz and was most recently Deputy General Counsel, Leighton Holdings Limited.

Ms Pedersen will report to Mr Steve McCann, Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director and will commence at Lend Lease in January 2013.

Lend Lease Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Steve McCann, welcomed Ms Pedersen to the Group.

“I look forward to Karen joining our global leadership team,” said Mr McCann. “Karen has a wealth of experience across the industries that Lend Lease operates in, and we are pleased to have attracted an executive of her calibre to the Group.”
