Lend Lease announces senior management changes

Lend Lease today announces a change to senior management with the promotion of David Saxelby to Chief Executive Officer of Construction & Infrastructure, Australia. David is currently Chief Operating Officer of Construction & Infrastructure Australia and Head of Abigroup. He joined the group in early 2012 and was previously Managing Director of Thiess, part of the Leighton Group where he worked in a variety of senior roles for 19 years.

Dale Connor, previously Managing Director of Project Management & Construction, Americas has been appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer of Construction & Infrastructure, Australia.

Mark Menhinnitt, the current Chief Executive Officer of Construction & Infrastructure, Australia, will be assisting with the transition. Mark will also continue to report to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Steve McCann, assisting with group strategy and the identification and development of new business opportunities.

“The appointment of David and Dale to these roles shows the strength and depth of the leadership team within the Group. The timing of the role change is in line with the Group’s business planning cycle and I thank Mark for his assistance in transitioning the leadership change,” said Mr McCann.
