Company Secretary Resignation

Lend Lease today announces that Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, Mr William Hara, will be leaving Lend Lease to take up a position with another organisation.

Lend Lease Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Steve McCann, acknowledged Mr Hara’s contribution over the last six years.

“William has provided valuable legal counsel to the Group and has played a key role in the successful execution of the Group’s M&A and capital recycling strategies and the execution of major projects,” said Mr McCann.

Ms Wendy Lee will continue in her role as a Company Secretary of the Group.
