Lend Lease appoints Managing Director, Investment Management Australia

Lend Lease today announced the appointment of Ms Kylie Rampa as Managing Director of its investment management business in Australia.

Ms Rampa will be responsible for A$8.8 billion funds under management as well as overseeing the retail asset management business. Ms Rampa will commence at Lend Lease in February 2013 and will report to Tarun Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, Property, Australia.

Ms Rampa has over 20 years experience in Australian and global real estate investment. Most recently she was Chief Executive of the Gandel Group which holds substantial investments in the property sector. Prior to this she was Head of Real Estate Advisory North America for Macquarie Group and has held various property roles with Macquarie both in Australia and the United States, including Chief Executive of Macquarie Countrywide Trust from 2000 - 2006.

Lend Lease Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Steve McCann, said “I am very pleased to be welcoming Kylie Rampa to the Group. She has a proven track record in both local and international funds management, direct real estate investment, development and asset management, making her a very important addition to the Lend Lease executive team.”
