In furtherance to our earlier intimation dated April 07, 2026, informing that the Competition Commission of India (“CCI”), had granted its approval under Section 31(1) of the Competition Act, 2002 for the acquisition of certain equity shares of Fleur Hotels Limited by Coastal Cedar Investments BV and the internal restructuring of the Company group through amalgamation and demerger, we wish to inform you that the Company has now received the detailed order from the CCI for the aforesaid approval on May 22, 2026.
In this relation, the required details regarding such grant of CCI approval, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations and Part A of Schedule III read with the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 (Master Circular for compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 by listed entities) dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure – A’.
