Regarding the acquisition price of LESTO shares

LESTO AB (hereby - LESTO), identification code 302577612, registered office
placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of
registered ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code
LT0000128449.

LESTO informs, that ‘Lietuvos energija', UAB announced on company's website
www.le.lt that in accordance with 21 May 2014 signed LESTO shares sale -
purchase agreement between 'Lietuvos energija', UAB and E.ON Ruhrgas
International GmbH, 11.76 percent stake in LESTO was purchased for 34.14
million EUR (117.89 million LT).
