Appointments of Ms. Bénédicte Bahier and Mr. Bruno Barlet to the Legrand Executive Committee

On a proposal from Gilles Schnepp, Legrand Chairman and Chief Executive Officer,

• Ms. Bénédicte Bahier, Group VP Legal Affairs since 2012, joins the Legrand Executive Committee as of today.
• Mr. Bruno Barlet, currently VP Sales Legrand brand, will join the Legrand Executive Committee on February 1 st , 2014 as Executive VP France, replacing Xavier de Froment who will be leaving the Group on January 31st at the age of 64.

Bénédicte Bahier and Bruno Barlet will contribute to Legrand's development alongside the other nine Executive Committee members.*

Legrand's Executive Committee is responsible for managing sustainable and profitable growth for the Group.

Bénédicte Bahier, Executive VP Legal Affairs, Member of the Legrand Executive Committee as of today

A graduate of ESSEC business school and a qualified lawyer, Bénédicte Bahier began working in 2002 as a business lawyer with the law firm Linklaters. She joined Legrand in 2007 as legal expert in charge of corporate and governance related aspects, before holding positions as Risk Manager and Legal Manager. She was appointed Group VP Legal Affairs in 2012.

Bruno Barlet, VP France, Member of the Legrand Executive Committee as of February 1 st , 2014

A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Saint-Etienne, Bruno Barlet joined Legrand in 1988 as Sales Manager in the Legrand France sales network. He subsequently held various positions in sales & marketing, both in France and internationally, including Group strategy manager for Wiring Devices & Home Systems. Currently VP Sales France for the Legrand brand, Bruno Barlet is due to be appointed VP France on January 1 st , 2014.
