Legend Mining Limited wishes to advise that 150,000,000 unquoted shares will come out of escrow on 19 April 2006. At that time Legend will apply for official quotation of the ordinary shares in question.
The shares are those which were issued to Australian Gold Resources Pty Ltd and Dermot Michael Ryan, from the shares and options (now exercised) issued to the vendors as consideration for the acquisition of 100% of the fully paid ordinary shares in Gidgee Resources Ltd as approved at the shareholders meeting on 10 January 2005.
