The Company advises that a pro-rata non-renounceable Entitlement Issue will be made to Existing Shareholders to raise up to \$422,346.

Approximately 14,078,221 new shares will be issued on the basis of one (1) New Share for every three (3) Shares held at the Record Date.

This entitlement issue closes at 5.00pm on Thursday 20^th March 2003.
