We refer to our request for trading halt dated 11 November 2011.

Legend Mining Limited (the Company) (ASX: LEG) requests that ASX grant a voluntary suspension of trading in the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on Wednesday 16 November 2011 until an announcement is made to the market regarding the finalisation of the Capital Raising.

The Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended.
