PROGRESS REPORT

Elizabeth Hill Silver Project - West Pilbara, WA

Munni Munni Joint Venture

East Coast Minerals N.L. (66.2/3 %) Legend Mining Limited (33.1/3 %) With the right to increase to 50%

Out of a planned 4000m of drilling, 26 holes totalling 3004m have been drilled with visible silver in 3 holes (AG 29, 30 and 52). No assay results are available at the moment, so the grades are unknown. It is possible that more silver may be present as numerous holes in the vicinity of the mine have intersected alteration both within the pyroxenites and the granites.

The AG 30 silver intercept is particularly interesting as it appears to be across a structure parallel to the Munni Munni Fault, possibly the Magazine Hill Fault.

All holes drilled during the current program have successfully intersected the targeted major faults. The Munni Munni Fault south of the fence line appears to be largely compressional with only minor carbonate alteration, whereas north of the fence line- the old mine area- the fault is extensional with good alteration and silver mineralisation. The Elizabeth Hill Fault is a low angle fault that dips north at 20-30 degrees. Alteration appears to be limited along this fault and no definite silver mineralisation has been found.

Most of the remaining drilling will concentrate on the area around and immediately south of the old mine shaft.

The drilling is expected to finish in approximately one week's time and a report with all results and interpretations will be announced when all assay results are available.
