Legend Mining Limited [ASX Code: LEG] requests that its securities be suspended from official quotation immediately pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising.
Legend expects the announcement to be released as soon as possible but no later than 4 January 2010.
Legend Mining Limited can see no reason why its securities should not be auspended from official quotation.
