Legend Completes Acquisition of Pinnacle Well Project

Legend Mining Limited (Legend) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of the Pinnacle Well Project, located 25 km NNE of Leonora, Western Australia (see Figure 1). The Project covers an area of 110km[2] located in the well mineralised Leonora district and considered prospective for gold and base metals.

As announced on 25 June 2025, Legend executed Binding Term Sheets to acquire a 100% interest in exploration licences E37/1246 and E37/1548. All conditions have now been satisfied and completion has occurred. Legend looks forward to commencing exploration.

Legend is currently assessing previous exploration activities and validating historic results before loading into Legend’s database. Further detail on future exploration programmes will be released in the coming weeks.
