Legend Mining Limited (ASX: LEG) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Legend Mining Limited (‘LEG’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of LEG, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 1 May 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Legend Mining Limited (ASX Code: LEG) requests that an immediate trading halt be put on its securities pending the release of an announcement to the market regarding a fund raising.
Legend Mining Limited is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations in relation to the fund raising and maintaining an orderly market in the trading of its quoted securities, and to ensure that trading does not take place in an uninformed market.
Legend Mining Limited requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday, 1 May 2023 or when the anticipated announcement regarding a fund raising is released to the market.
Legend Mining Limited is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
Prior to the commencement of trading in its securities, Legend Mining Limited expects to make an announcement regarding a fund raising.
