PROSPECTUS CLOSING DATE EXTENDED
Legend Mining Ltd lodged a prospectus with the Australian Investment & Securities Commission and the Australian Stock Exchange on the 19th February 2003 for an offer of 14,078 221 shares at an issue price of 3 cents per share.
On the 11th March 2003, the Company lodged a supplementary prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission to provide additional requested disclosures.
As a consequence of lodging the supplementary prospectus and the additional time required to distribute it, the Board has resolved to extend the closure date of the issue to Monday 31st March 2003.
