ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to Legend's announcement of the 8th April 2005, the Board has today formally accepted the resignation of Murray McDonald who will now consult to the company he founded.
Company secretary Andrew Chapman has been appointed a director for the interim period pending the appointment of a new executive director currently under consideration.
