CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Mr Andrew Chapman has been appointed as Company Secretary, and Ms Donna Dockerill has resigned as Company Secretary.
Mr Chapman has considerable experience as Company Secretary to listed resource companies.
The Board thanks Ms Dockerill for her services as Company Secretary and in particular for assisting in the change-over of ownership of the Gidgee Gold Mine, acquired by Legend in December 2003.
