Lefroy Announces Upcoming Release of Shares from Escrow

Lefroy Exploration Limited (ASX: LEX) (“Lefroy” or “the Company”) today announces the Lefroy upcoming release of fully paid ordinary shares from escrow.

As part of the settlement of the acquisition of all of the issued capital in Hogans Resources Pty Ltd undertaken in 2016, 478,158 of the fully paid ordinary shares issued to the vendors were subject to an escrow period of one year from the date of issue of 30 June 2016.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Lefroy announces that the 478,158 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 30 June 2017.
