CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Lefroy Exploration Limited (“Lefroy” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that Mr James Beecher has resigned as the Company Secretary and Ms Susan Hunter has now been appointed Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Ms Hunter has over 22 years’ experience in the corporate finance industry and has extensive experience in Company Secretarial and Non-Executive Director roles on ASX, AIM and TSX listed companies. She is founder and Managing Director of consulting firm Hunter Corporate Pty Ltd, which specialises in the provision of corporate governance and company secretarial advice to ASX listed entities. She has previously held senior management roles at Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bankwest, both in Perth and Sydney. Ms Hunter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and finance, is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

The Board sincerely thanks Mr Beecher for his contribution to the Company during his time as Company Secretary. Mr Beecher will remain as a Non-executive Director of the Company.
