Director Resignation

Lefroy Exploration Limited (ASX: LEX) (“Lefroy” or “the Company”) announces that Mr. James Beecher has tendered his resignation as a Non-executive Director of the Company. Mr Beecher has been a Director of the Company since 2010 when it was previously known as US Masters Holdings Limited.

Non-Executive Chairman Mr Gordon Galt commented that “ James has made an important contribution to the Company over an 8 year period as a Director and head of the Company’s Audit Committee. The Company is very appreciative of the significant amount of work and guidance provided by Mr Beecher in the transformation of the Company into a gold explorer in Western Australia. On behalf of all at Lefroy we wish him well and continued success for the future.”
