Description

Leeuwin Metals Ltd (‘LM1’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Tuesday, 28 March 2023.

The securities of LM1 will commence quotation at 12:00pm AEDT on Wednesday, 29 March 2023.

LM1 raised $8,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 10 February 2023 by the issue of 32,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.25 per share.
