Leeds Group plc (the "Company") announces that printed copies of its Annual Report for the year ended 31 May 2016 are being posted to shareholders today together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy. Electronic copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website www.leedsgroup.plc.uk.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on 13 October 2016 at the offices of BDO LLP at 1 Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds, LS11 5RU.
